Is the Allegro Kit intended for PoC, Pilot, or Production?
We’ve designed the Allegro Kit for Proof of Concept (PoC)’s and Pilots, which typically mean a controlled environment such as a lab or demo center with a short-term time horizon to test and refine a future solution.
The Allegro gateway and sensors are enterprise-ready devices that can be deployed in production and at large scale, but we recommend reaching out to us to review any specific requirements you may have and to understand your specific device needs for production.

How long can I continue to use the Allegro Kit?
Once you purchase the Allegro Kit, the gateways and sensors are yours to keep!
We include 90 days of LTE service with the gateway to make it easy to connect, after that it can be used with Ethernet – or you can extend LTE service using your own SIM card / data plan.
After 6 months, you have the option to convert your Allegro gateway to a Cascade Edge-as-a-Service subscription if you plan to keep using it.


The Allegro Kit typically ships in 2-3 days, subject to device availability.
