Edge Direct users can now quickly find all their IoT Network performance and health metrics in one place. This new Edge Connect view under each Gateway provides IoT network specific information like Device groups, Events, and IoT Cloud connections.
Have confidence in your IoT network stability with real metrics around uptime, device event counts, dropped events & restarts.
Problems are automatically identified and reported as Health issues at the top of the page, and also rolled up to the Gateway and Site level.
Network Utilization
With Edge Connect Events Flow metrics users can see how often the Gateway processes different Device events and cloud commands, transforms raw data to insights, and publishes those insights to IoT Clouds.
Edge Connect Events Flow provides insight into network ambient traffic with metrics for unique BLE advertisements a Gateway processes across different time periods, and how many of those are processed as Device group events. It also Identifies possible issue trends with detailed error Event logging.
Like all Rigado Edge Direct information, Edge Connect Metrics are available via the open API interface to pull directly into customer integrations and automations.
